'Last Supper'
At last some good news about this album. Dave Rees (A New Day Records) has been in touch and although there has been a delay due to some missing publishing paperwork everything is now moving forward. We hope to have more concrete news very soon.

'Daughters Of Heaven'… Mungo and Paul King fan JJ Bedrossian has sent in his thoughts on Paul's Star Sign Concept album…

Well, what can I add to the comments already done of ‘Daughters of Heaven’? Maybe that the music business is so mysterious that it is not understandable how so many tracks of this album were not released earlier.

I think that ‘Zodiac’ or ‘Angeline’ (a really wonderful song) could have been potential hits if issued as singles.

Well the past is the past, and we have many good times to look forward to now and in the future. For me, a big (and long awaited) moment will be meeting Paul and Skeleton Crew in Staines on Aug. 26th.

To finish, if I could dare think about what could have been - a
writer/composer signature "Dorset/King" or "King/Dorset" - two very talented men giving us wonderful songs. Just like ‘Holder/Lea’ or ‘Jagger/Richards’ or ‘Lennon/McCartney’… maybe.

6th Aug 2005…
Staines Gig
Smilie Steve (ex. drums for Robbie Williams), joins Paul, Jeff and BRM at the Staines gig… so look forward to a slightly heavier blues/rock sound. Unfortunately, it seems that Colin Earl won't be able to make it.

Last Supper?
This is being chased up and we hope to have more news for you soon. Please accept our apologies for the delay and the lack of news to date. One way or another this fantastic collection of songs will be made available.

3rd May 2005…
We have recently heard from ex. Nightshift drummer Alan Hitt (aka ‘Budgie’) who with Rick Corne (lead guitar) and Colin O’Neil (bass) joined Paul after Tom and Dave Farmer left to record three ‘Outside Edge’ albums.

At the time Alan had just left former ‘Honeycombs’ guitarist Ant Cowel's band "Antz Avenue" where he had drummed for 2 of his 4 solo albums and toured both the UK and Europe extensively, the last of these in support to ‘Golden Earring’.

He also joined Paul in the rock band line up of ‘Skeleton Crew’ together with
Tom Farmer (bass), Ian Campbell (lead guitar), and Ralph James (Sax player for Gary Glitter). Click on the above picture.

Details of Alan’s sites have been added to the Links page.

At last some 'good' news regarding Paul's delayed double album… 'Last Supper?'

This collection will now be released on 'A New Day' with some slight alterations to the track listing. We hope to have some more definite news very soon.

Paul is also working on a re-packaging of the 'Star Sign' concept album.

This will feature all 5 of the familiar mastered tracks plus the exciting bonus of the original 12 demo tracks recorded by Paul (on his own with guitar) in his kitchen.

This will be titled 'The Kitchen Tapes' … and once again more news on this when we have it.
